Passive House Design in Sydney

I’m a Certified Passive House Designer, so energy performance is part of how I design from day one. That means thinking about which way the house faces, good insulation, sealing it properly, shading the windows and getting fresh air in.

A house built this way stays warm in winter and cool in summer without needing much heating or cooling. It’s quieter, it feels better to live in, and the bills are lower.

You don’t need to go for full certification to get most of the benefit. I can use the same ideas on a new home or a renovation, and we’ll work out how far it’s worth going for your budget.
