Marrickville Bungalow is a significant renovation of a single-level interwar bungalow for a young family with small children and aging parents. A new three-level rear addition, set back from the street to respect the original facade, accommodates four bedrooms, a large studio with wet bar, new living areas, two full bathrooms, an ensuite, and a powder room, alongside an enclosed double car garage. The front of the original building was retained and restored.
