Terminal 13 - Newport

A waterfront addition to an existing weatherboard house for a car collector, built into a steeply sloped site. Two excavations reshaped the site — one creating a level garden at the rear, the other forming a new 240m² underground garage to the front, climate and humidity controlled with a car lift, glass pond, steam room, and bar — connected back to the house by a new verandah and viewing deck.
