Nioka House - Northwood

Residential Renovation

Nioka House is a renovation of a late Midcentury home for an artistic couple, reworking an addition made unsympathetically to the original over the past thirty years and reconnecting the house with its garden. A curved, glazed green-brick extension reopens the interior to the landscape, restoring the clarity of the original architecture while giving the home a contemporary, considered addition of its own.
